a long long time ago - when jamie oliver was still naked and twitter was just what birds did to wake you up at 4am the first morning of your long awaited countryside holidays - i thought of the flying italian.

a restaurant without premises that would embed itself in a cafe or pub. it only lasted one (sold out) night, but that's another story.

now, from the 8th of October i have taken over the kitchen of The West Hill Pub in Brighton. the flying italian will rise again! (cue evil laughter....)
for the first three days -thursday the 8th to saturday the 10th -i am having an introductory tasting event, with two gorgeous menus to choose from for £7 only.
