Carlo we just wanted to say how much we enjoyed your cooking and we have had nothing but compliments from our friends. the evening was a huge success and we were all very impressed. the canapes were delicious,... the linguine with cream of courgettes and squid was sublime and i lost count of the praise for the sirloin. we are so pleased as the evening just went brilliantly and thanks again.

It is the trade name I chose to provide personal chef and catering services in Brighton, Sussex, London or wherever you might want me.
